Return Policy

We strive for customer satisfaction every time you place an order. Our dedicated Customer Care Team provides prompt responses to any issues that may occur, which includes returns.  If any product needs to be returned, please follow these simple instructions listed below.

New or Unused Product Returns

  • Product must be in its original packaging
  • Product must be returned within 15 days of purchase
  • All returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • Prior to return contact must be made with the JSR Customer Care Center via email at customercare@jobsiteready.com for processing or call 1-855-279-8700.
    • ALL returns require an RMA number for processing.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping product back to JSR’s facility.
  • Product incorrectly shipped by our warehouse will not be subject to restock fees.
  • The return process can take up to 7-10 business days.

Defective Product Returns

Products considered defective are those that are not working according to the manufacturer’s description of intended use and function.

  • Defective product must be reported and returned within 30 days of the purchase.
  • Contact JSR Customer Care Center via email at customercare@jobsiteready.com for processing or contact us at the toll free number.
  • The return process can take up to 7-10 business days.
  • Customers will receive full refund or replacement.

Damaged or Missing Product Returns

  • Please inspect all packaging and products upon delivery for damages.
  • Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-855-279-8700 or email customercare@jobsiteready.com to report damages or missing items within 2-3 business days.
  • Whenever possible, customers should take pictures and notate on the Bill of Lading that product was delivered in unsatisfactory condition (visible damage to the box, carton, pallet, etc.). 

Warranty Products

  • Products with a manufacturer warranty will follow the manufacturer’s return policy guidelines.
  • The warranty instructions should be packaged with the product at the time of shipment.  If these documents are not found, please contact JSR for assistance.

Note: All items require a completed RMA form for processing
